SAPP (Dosing pump)
Another compound found in potatoes is iron, and the quantity of iron depends on the type of seed and the soil in which it is grown. The combination of iron with oxygen can lead to oxidation, resulting in an undesirable color change in potatoes. By controlling the amount of iron in potatoes and adding phosphate without affecting the water tank where the product is stored for a brief period, this oxidation process can be halted, and the desired color of the potatoes is maintained. To achieve an appealing golden color when frying potatoes, this dosage can be combined with dextrose, a type of sugar, resulting in a beautifully colored and golden product. All of these processes are carried out using the dosing pump system for SAPP. The choice of ground and the dosage of additives in this equipment significantly impact the final product.
